We work hard at ONE Movement to try and keep classes of different disciplines and levels back-to-back to allow for less days of training during the week. Keeping in mind that the dance centre offers 10 styles of dance, dancers at Intermediate and Advanced levels typically dance 4 – 5 days a week.
