ONE Movement Dance Centre is a vibrant and inclusive dance studio offering a wide range of classes for all ages, from age 3 to adult. With a focus on confidence, performance, and technique, we strive to build a supportive community that enhances each dancer's journey.

ONE Movement Dance Centre is focused on nurturing the artist, reducing injury and helping each dancer reach their individual goals. Our beautiful two story space offers 7000 square ft - provides a welcoming atmosphere with amenities including five dance studios, a parent lounge with viewing, change rooms, office and a comfortable student lounge.

We offer a variety of programs, from recreational to competitive dance, including ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, hip hop, contemporary, modern, theatre (sing, act, dance) and break dance. Our professional, trained, and certified teachers are committed to inspiring passion in their students.

Dance Classes for All Ages and Skills

At ONE Movement Dance Centre, we offer a wide range of dance classes suited to various age groups and skill levels, from ages 3 to adult. Our courses include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Modern, Theatre (act, sing, dance), and Break Dance. Each class is designed to support the growth of confident dancers through dedicated instruction and engaging techniques.

Our newly expanded facility boasts 7000 square feet of well-designed space that includes five dance studios. We prioritize comfort and convenience with features such as a parent lounge where you can view classes and a student lounge that serves as a supportive space for young dancers.
